Is there a minimum time contract/commitment?
You can pay for 1,3, 6, or 12 months in advance. You can also cancel at any time. We do not force you to sign a contract.
Can I host multiple domains?
Yes, all of our reseller hosting packages include unlimited domains. The Cpanel control panel allows you to create both single domain and multi-domain (allow your clients host more than one domain) hosting packages.
Can i have Private Nameservers (for Reseller plan) ?
Certainly, you can have. We setup private nameservers for resellers for free of charge. To setup your private nameserver(s) please just send an email to support for setting up the private nameservers. One of our Support Staff will take care of it. Please note, setup take 24H.
When will my account be activated? Do you offer instant account setup?
Yes, We offer free instant account setup. After confirmation of your payment is successfully sent to us by payment processors (generally within 30 minutes) all account information will be sent to you via email. if You don't receive your e-mail hosting details after 12 hrs, contact Support at support@graficonet.net or submit ticket from your client area.
*Note : Reseller plan setup take 3/6H.
*Note : If your order is marked as high risk level fraud by our fraud system detection (MAXMIND), your account can take 24H to be setup.
Do I have access to update my site 24 hours a day?
Absolutely. Whether you're a day person or a night owl, your site is available for you to update from any location in the world that has an internet connection available. We will give you full FTP 24/7 support.
Do I need to have a registered domain name? Can you register a domain name for me?
Yes all accounts require a registered & "Valid" domain. If you do not have a registered domain you can register a new domain while ordering. Any domain registered at any registrar can be used with our service -- including international TLDs.
Do you host adult sites?
Yes we allow adult sites. They must be legal in the United States of America.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Only for 2Co payment (credit card & paypal)
Is my site backed up and how often?
It is the clients responsibility to do all back ups of their site. If, in the unfortunate event, something happens to your files, it is your responsibility to have a local copy of your files. We are NOT held liable in any way for any files, money, time, effort, etc... lost due to this unfortunate event. Furthermore, if your files are lost, we will attempt to restore them as a gesture of good faith, but make no promises what so ever about whether the files will be brought back successfully or not. Again, back ups are the client's responsibility.

What forms of payment can I use to purchase your services?

Can I upgrade my plan or features later?
You can purchase new or expanded features, or upgrade to a new plan. There is no set up fee for upgrading.
What about billing and over due policies?
Accounts will be given a grace period of 3 days, if payment is not received within the grace period your account will be put on hold status and not be viewable online. There will be a $10 reactivation fee. After 10 days your site will be deleted from our servers.
